This course provides Alta1 specific Warden training, aligned to the Alta‑1 Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Australian Standard AS 3745‑2010.

At Alta1 College, Wardens play a critical role in protecting students, staff, visitors and contractors during emergencies. This training explains what is expected of you at Alta1, not generic emergency theory.

By completing this course, you will:

• Understand your role and authority as a Warden at Alta1
• Know how to respond to evacuations and lockdowns in an Alta‑1 environment
• Be familiar with your site’s alarms, muster points and procedures
• Understand Alta‑1’s expectations around drills, reporting and follow‑up
